About Absly

Every ab app we tried had the same problem: it handed you a plan and hoped. No feedback, no measurement, nothing to tell you whether eight weeks of work had actually changed anything. The only instrument was a mirror, and a mirror flatters on a good day and lies on a bad one.

So we built the missing instrument. Absly turns 90 seconds of camera time into one number — the Abs Score — and then builds an 8-week, no-equipment program around it. You scan, you train, you rescan. The score moves or it doesn't, and either way you know where you stand.

Two things we care about. First, honesty: a number that flattered you would be worthless, so the score is the same whether you like it or not. Second, privacy: your scans are photos of your body, and they belong to you. They stay in your private account, they are never shown to other users or sent to advertisers, and you can wipe them — or your whole account — from inside the app in one tap.
